Overthinking to stress or vice versa
In day-to-day hustle buzzle, we encounter many situations leading to intense emotions. The degree of impact on self depends on how we overcome or ponder over it by deep dive into the situation.
Best solution is the cross over and see the alternative solution to a given situation rather than overthinking. It is not to say, just never mind and skip thinking. It has to be rather balanced with next course of action with solution being the driving force. This is Growth mindset and benefits one reducing stress.
Other tools help reducing the over thinking are.
- Accept as is and believe that everything is for Good.
- Switch to larger picture and reemphasize on the final goal. Never to lose sight of it due to current temporary situation.
- Move out of the place and indulge in passionate work/hobby.
- Greenery sighting helps.
- Art expressions are best to drain emotions.
- Meditate by repeating name of your favorite persona from whom you derive energies and practice mindfulness.
- Mind that emotions not in control impacts logic necessary for the situation.
