Practical tips for daily follow up


  • Start the day with resolve that the day is made for you and you have all resources to achieve.
  • Follow regular exercise and yoga for 30 minutes to 1 hour daily, at least 5 days a week.
  • Write down your goal-long term, convert into monthly, weekly and daily.Ensure they are aligned to main goal. 
  • Complete this goal related tasks first on daily basis.
  • Do not procrastinate. The time is always right to do what is right.
  • Enjoy every milestone with wow feeling.
  • Focus on what is in hand rather than past or future.
  • Concentrate on mean than end result. This will bring in perfection of steps which will eventually result in best result.
  • Reflect your day before sleep and feel satisfied for the whole day's achievement.
  • Enjoy continuous learning. You will realize more meaning in routine activities also.
  • Be positive: Believe in yourself. Do not allow others to demean you as you are in your right to protest. If you do not, who else?
